- 2 lb (900 g) raw ground beef, shaped into 6 oval patties
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 298 g) condensed French onion soup
- ΒΎ cup (180 ml) low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 slices Provolone or Swiss cheese

1οΈβ£ ADD THE ONIONS
Spread the sliced onion evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.
2οΈβ£ ADD THE RAW BEEF PATTIES
Shape the ground beef into 6 oval patties and arrange them over the onions. Keep the patties rawβno browning is needed.
3οΈβ£ ADD THE FRENCH ONION SOUP
Spoon the condensed French onion soup directly over the patties.
4οΈβ£ POUR IN THE BROTH
Pour the beef broth gently around the sides of the slow cooker.
5οΈβ£ ADD THE WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
Drizzle the Worcestershire sauce over the patties.
6οΈβ£ SLOW COOK
Cover and cook on LOW for about 4β5 hours or HIGH for about 2β3 hours, until the patties reach at least 160Β°F (71Β°C) in the center. Check with a food thermometer.

Place one slice of Provolone or Swiss cheese directly on top of each cooked patty.

Cover for another 5β10 minutes, until the cheese is melted over the patties.
