Tender pork chops, savory stuffing, and creamy mushroom gravy—all cooked together for an easy, comforting dinner!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH
Servings: 4
🛒 INGREDIENTS
- 4 raw bone-in pork chops
- 1 box (6 oz / 170 g) dry Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 298 g) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ ADD THE PORK CHOPS
Place the raw pork chops in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
2️⃣ ADD THE DRY STUFFING
Pour the dry Stove Top stuffing mix directly over the pork chops. Spread it evenly without stirring.
3️⃣ ADD THE SOUP
Spoon the condensed cream of mushroom soup evenly over the stuffing. Use it straight from the can without diluting it.
4️⃣ POUR IN THE BROTH
Pour the chicken broth directly into the slow cooker. Add every ingredient separately—no premixing or stirring.
5️⃣ SLOW COOK
Cover and cook on LOW for about 6 hours or HIGH for about 3 hours, until the pork chops are fork-tender and the stuffing is moist and tender. Check with a food thermometer: the pork must reach at least 145°F (63°C), and the stuffing should reach 165°F (74°C).
6️⃣ REST AND SERVE
Let the pork chops rest for at least 3 minutes before serving. Plate each chop with the savory stuffing and creamy mushroom gravy spooned over the top.
💡 TIP
Season lightly with salt—the stuffing mix and condensed soup already contain salt.
