⏱️ Prep Time: 5 minutes
🔥 Cook Time: 4–5 hours on LOW or 2–3 hours on HIGH
🍽 Servings: 4
🛒 Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork rib chops (about 1½–2 lb / 680–900 g total)
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 298 g) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet (about 1 oz / 28 g) dry onion soup mix
- ½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth
👩🍳 Instructions
- Arrange the raw pork rib chops in the slow cooker in a single layer or with only slight overlap.
- Spoon the condensed cream of mushroom soup evenly over the chops.
- Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top.
- Pour the chicken broth gently around the sides.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the pork is tender and reaches at least 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part.
- Let the pork rest for 3 minutes before serving.
- Serve one intact pork rib chop with the rich creamy gravy spooned over the top.
💡 Tip:
Use thick bone-in chops so they stay juicy and hold their shape during slow cooking.
