🍽 Servings: 6–8
🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 lb (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 cans (10.75 oz / 305 g each) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box (6 oz / 170 g) dry chicken-flavored stuffing mix
  • 1 bag (12 oz / 340 g) wide egg noodles
  • 4 cups (960 ml) low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ tsp black pepper, or to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley, optional
    👩‍🍳 Instructions
  1. ADD THE CHICKEN
Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. ADD THE SOUP
Spoon both cans of condensed cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
  3. ADD THE STUFFING
Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the top.
  4. ADD THE BROTH
Pour in the chicken broth around the sides.
  5. SEASON
    Sprinkle with black pepper.
  6. SLOW COOK
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and is tender.
  7. SHRED THE CHICKEN
Remove the chicken, shred or cut it into bite-size pieces, then return it to the slow cooker.
  8. ADD THE NOODLES
Add the egg noodles during the final 20–30 minutes of cooking. Stir gently and cook until the noodles are tender.
  9. SERVE
Stir gently, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
    💡 Tip:
Add the egg noodles only near the end so they stay tender and don’t become mushy.
