🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 raw bone-in pork chops, about ¾–1 inch thick
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz / 298 g) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth
  • ½ cup (120 g) sour cream
    👩‍🍳 Instructions
  1. ADD THE ONION
Spread the sliced onion evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. ADD THE PORK CHOPS
Place the 4 raw bone-in pork chops over the onion in a single layer.
  3. ADD THE RANCH
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the pork chops.
  4. ADD THE SOUP
Spoon the condensed cream of chicken soup evenly over the pork chops.
  5. ADD THE BROTH
Pour the chicken broth gently around the sides and between the pork chops.
  6. SLOW COOK
Cover and cook on LOW for 3½–4 hours or HIGH for 2–2½ hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach at least 145°F (63°C) internally.
  7. ADD THE SOUR CREAM
During the final 15–20 minutes, stir the sour cream gently into the hot gravy around the pork chops.
Avoid aggressively stirring the pork chops so they stay whole and intact.
  8. SERVE
Spoon the creamy ranch gravy and soft onions over each pork chop and serve hot.
    💡 TIP:
Start checking the pork chops toward the early end of the cooking time so they stay juicy and tender instead of overcooking.
