Ingredients

For the Oreo Crust:

  • 1 package (15–20) Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted

For the French Silk Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped semi-sweet chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

For the Whipped Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Make the Oreo Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  4. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.

  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating for 2–3 minutes after each (a total of 5–7 minutes), until light and airy.
