1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce (substitute with extra soy sauce if needed)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, parsley, black pepper, and onion powder.
