These shrimp guacamole bites are the perfect party appetizer or snack! They’re easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 wonton wrappers
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, guacamole, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Place a wonton wrapper in each cup of a mini muffin tin. Press the wonton wrappers into the cups to form a nest.
- Fill each wonton nest with the shrimp guacamole mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through and the wonton wrappers are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Tips:
- For a spicier bite, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp guacamole mixture.
- If you don’t have wonton wrappers, you can use mini flour tortillas instead.
- You can also make these bites ahead of time and reheat them in the oven before serving.
