Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1- Blend Wet Ingredients
In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth.
2- Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3- Combine & Fold
Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4- Shape & Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop dough into small balls and flatten slightly. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
5- Cool & Enjoy
Let cookies cool for a few minutes before serving.
Tip: Try adding cinnamon or nuts for extra flavor!
