Best of all, it’s easy to make and requires no baking—just a few simple steps and a little time to chill before serving.

Ingredients

  • 10–12 vanilla Oreo cookies, with filling
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 250 ml cold whipping cream
  • 100 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Additional Oreo cookies for filling and topping

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Oreo Cookie Base

  1. Add 10–12 Oreo cookies with the filling into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Crush the cookies using a rolling pin, the back of a spoon, or a food processor until they become fine crumbs. The texture should resemble coarse sand.
  3. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture looks like wet sand.
  4. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan, using the back of a spatula to create an even layer.
  5. Set aside while preparing the filling.

Step 2: Whip the Cream

  1. Pour the cold whipping cream into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream on medium-high speed until it doubles in volume and forms soft peaks. This usually takes about 5 minutes. Make sure the cream is well-chilled to achieve the best results.

Step 3: Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling

  1. In a separate bowl, add the room temperature cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and lump-free.
  3. Add the cream cheese mixture to the whipped cream and mix on low to medium speed for 1 minute until combined.

Step 4: Fold in the Oreos

  1. Break a few extra Oreo cookies into small chunks or crush them finely, depending on your preference.
  2. Gently fold the Oreo pieces into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.

Step 5: Assemble the Cheesecake

  1. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the springform pan.
  2. Smooth the top with a spatula, making sure the surface is even.
  3. Decorate the top with whole Oreo cookies or more crumbled cookies.

Step 6: Chill and Serve

  1. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 3–4 hours, or until set and firm.
  2. Once chilled, slice and serve cold. Enjoy your creamy, Oreo-filled masterpiece!

Tips for Success

  • Be sure to chill your whipping cream before beating for the best volume.
  • You can use chocolate or flavored Oreos for a twist.
  • For a firmer texture, let the cheesecake chill overnight.

This no-bake Oreo Cream Cheesecake is smooth, light, yet decadent—perfect for any celebration or dessert craving. If you’re a fan of Oreo cookies, this recipe will quickly become a favorite!
