Strawberry Pineapple Swirled Slushies

A vibrant, refreshing frozen drink bursting with sweet strawberries and tropical pineapple — perfect for summer days, parties, or anytime you need a cool treat.

Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings)

Pineapple Slush:

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (or cold water)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)

Strawberry Slush:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry juice (or cold water)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pineapple Slush:
In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a separate container and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Strawberry Slush:
Rinse the blender. Add the frozen strawberries, strawberry juice, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Create the Swirled Slushies:
In tall glasses, alternate spoonfuls of the pineapple slush and strawberry slush. Use a straw or spoon to gently swirl the layers together, creating a beautiful marbled effect.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
Top with fresh pineapple leaves, strawberry slices, or a small wedge of pineapple. Serve immediately for the best texture and presentation.

Tips & Variations:

  • For an extra tropical touch, substitute some of the water with coconut water.
  • You can freeze fresh pineapple and strawberries in advance for the best flavor and texture.
  • Add a few ice cubes to make the slush even frostier if your fruit is slightly thawed.
