Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings)
Pineapple Slush:
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup pineapple juice (or cold water)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
Strawberry Slush:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup strawberry juice (or cold water)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pineapple Slush:
In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a separate container and set aside. - Prepare the Strawberry Slush:
Rinse the blender. Add the frozen strawberries, strawberry juice, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy. - Create the Swirled Slushies:
In tall glasses, alternate spoonfuls of the pineapple slush and strawberry slush. Use a straw or spoon to gently swirl the layers together, creating a beautiful marbled effect. - Garnish and Serve:
Top with fresh pineapple leaves, strawberry slices, or a small wedge of pineapple. Serve immediately for the best texture and presentation.
