- Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.
- Stir until the cornstarch is fully dissolved and the sauce is smooth. Set aside.
3. Cook the Beef
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and season lightly with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned and just cooked through.

4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and carrot slices. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- If needed, add a splash of water and cover the pan for 1–2 minutes to help steam the vegetables.
5. Combine and Finish
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
- Drizzle in the sesame oil and toss to combine.
6. Serve
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet or divide them among plates and spoon the beef and broccoli mixture over the top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot.
