  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Pasta:

  • 1 lb penne pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the Steak and Shrimp
In separate bowls, toss the steak and shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add cayenne to the steak if you like extra heat.
  3. Cook the Steak
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak slices for 2–3 minutes per side, or until done to your liking. Set aside.
  4. Cook the Shrimp
In the same pan, sauté shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
  5. Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Let it cook over low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  6. Combine Everything
Add the cooked steak and shrimp to the Alfredo sauce. Stir to coat evenly. Then add the cooked penne pasta and toss until well combined and heated through.
  7. Serve
Plate immediately and garnish with extra Parmesan or chopped parsley if desired.
