- 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Additional Oreo cookies for topping (optional)
Instructions

- Place 8 Oreo cookies (with filling) in a mixing bowl and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor.
- Add the melted butter and mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan to form a firm crust. Set aside.
Step 2: Whip the Cream
- In a separate bowl, pour in the chilled whipping cream.
- Beat using an electric mixer until it doubles in volume and forms soft peaks. This takes about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
- In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Beat until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Combine Mixtures
- Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Break a few more Oreo cookies into small chunks or crumbs and fold them into the cheesecake filling.
Step 5: Assemble the Cheesecake
- Spoon the filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Garnish with whole or crushed Oreos on top for decoration.
Step 6: Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 3–4 hours, or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Tips
- Ensure the cream is very cold before whipping—it helps achieve the best volume.
- You can line the pan with parchment paper for easier removal.
