Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 12 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 10 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup soy sauce

Instructions:

1. Cook the Noodles

Cook the egg or ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, leaving them slightly moist to prevent sticking.

2. Sear the Steak

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced sirloin steak and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your preference. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Sauté the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.

4. Stir-Fry the Veggies

Add the red and yellow bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

5. Combine and Sauce

Return the cooked noodles to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together until well combined. Add the steak and shrimp back in, and stir gently until everything is heated through and evenly coated in the sauce.

6. Serve and Enjoy

Serve immediately while hot. Enjoy the delicious blend of garlic butter, savory soy sauce, and perfectly cooked steak and shrimp
