Crispy Chicken Wings with Barbecue Glaze

Ingredients

For the Chicken Wings:

16 chicken wings
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

For the Barbecue Sauce:

¼ cup barbecue sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp water

Instructions

Prep the Chicken Wings:

Cut the wings into two sections: drumettes and flats.
Pat the wings dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
Season the Wings:

In a mixing bowl, combine the cornflour, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, cayenne pepper, mixed herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken wings and then evenly coat them with the seasoning mixture.
Air Fry the Wings:

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Place the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the wings are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Prepare the Barbecue Sauce:

While the wings are cooking, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, vinegar, and water in a small bowl until well combined.
Coat the Wings:

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and immediately coat them in the prepared barbecue sauce.
Serve:

Enjoy the wings hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
