  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup low-sodium beef or chicken broth
  • Optional: ½ cup white wine (adds depth but can be omitted)
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  2. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust based on thickness and desired doneness). Transfer to a plate and let rest.

  2. Whisk in the heavy cream, broth, white wine (if using), Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Let simmer gently for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.

3. Assemble and Serve:

  1. Plate each steak with a generous portion of shrimp and crab claws.
  2. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top.
  3. Garnish with chopped fresh thyme or parsley.
