Creamy Spinach and Salmon Delight
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh spinach
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon: Season the salmon fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
Cook the Salmon: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Make the Cream Sauce: Add the heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring well. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Season and Finish: Add the lemon juice and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning some of the creamy spinach sauce over them.
