Ingredients

  • 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 lb (225g) crab meat, shell-free
  • 2 salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into chunks
  • 12 oz (340g) fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  • Add lobster and sauté 2–3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Add salmon chunks and cook 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove.
  • Add crab meat, heat for 2 minutes, then remove. Set all seafood aside.

Step 3: Make the Cajun Alfredo Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook until smooth and thickened, about 3–5 minutes.

Step 4: Combine

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Gently fold in the lobster, salmon, and crab. If needed, add some reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.

Step 5: Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley. Pair with a light salad or garlic bread.

Tips for Success

  • Adjust the Heat: Add red pepper flakes if you want extra spice.
  • Lighter Option: Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt mixed with milk.
  • Fresh is Best: Use fresh seafood when available for superior flavor.
  • Boost Flavor: Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for more depth.
