Ingredients:

  • 4 plain or everything bagels, halved
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • ½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the bagel halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, chopped artichokes, spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Top the bagels: Generously spread the mixture over each bagel half, covering the surface completely.
