Ingredients
- 12 lasagna sheets, cooked al dente
- 3 cups bolognese sauce, rich and meaty
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the cheese filling: In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, and the beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.

- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
