Honey Mustard Chicken with Roasted Asparagus and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 500g asparagus
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Brush the honey mustard sauce over each chicken breast, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Step 2: Roast the Potatoes
- Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss them in olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
