  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios
  • Fresh blackberries

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pistachio Cheesecake Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, pistachio paste, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Step 2: Make the Blackberry Compote

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries break down and the mixture thickens.
  3. Lightly mash the berries with the back of a spoon and remove from heat.
  4. Allow the compote to cool completely before using.

Step 3: Prepare the Mascarpone Topping

  1. In a bowl, whip together mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until light and fluffy.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag for easy assembly.

Step 4: Assemble the Cheesecake Towers

Using a ring mold or a small glass, carefully layer the ingredients as follows:

  1. Pipe a layer of pistachio cheesecake into the bottom of the mold.
  2. Add a spoonful of blackberry compote, spreading it evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  3. Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of pistachio cheesecake.
  4. Carefully remove the mold, ensuring the layers hold their shape.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve

  1. Pipe a dollop of mascarpone topping on top of each cheesecake tower.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios for added crunch.
  3. Garnish with fresh blackberries and edible flowers for an elegant finish.

  1. This recipe looks beautiful but doesn’t make sense! The recipe doesn’t sound anything like the picture!! It says “Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of pistachio cheesecake.” but they’re look to be 5 layers including the cheesecake base, (although there is no recipe or instruction for the crumb base shown) and no layers were repeated, they’re all different???

  2. There are 2 purple layers that look very different, yet your recipe only describes how to make the darker layer. Please clarify all of the steps.
