Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup frozen peas
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
In the slow cooker, combine the browned beef, diced potatoes, onion, bell pepper, peas, and garlic.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Add the beef broth and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
Stir everything together before serving.
Notes:
You can add shredded cheese on top before serving for extra flavor.
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
