One of my favorite comfort meals is this chicken hashbrown casserole. How luscious and rich it tastes. The crispy topping is quite delicious, too! This won’t take you long at all to put together. Even on hectic evenings, this dish works like a charm.

Recipe Items

Flourless hashbrowns made in the South, 2 pounds

Two cups of cheddar cheese, shredded

carrots and peas, frozen, one cup

2 cups of sour cream

half a cup. Draining canned corn

One (1) can The chicken soup with cream

Section 3C. Pulled chicken breast

cup of milk

Part 2 C. Cereal grains

Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.

Chicken Casserole with Hashbrowns: The Recipe

Get the oven hot, about 400 degrees.

Place the hashbrowns in a 9×13 baking dish.

In a large basin, mix together all the other ingredients except the breadcrumbs until well incorporated.

Arrange the hashbrowns on a bed of the mixture.

After an hour in the oven, sprinkle the bread crumbs over the dish.
