Puppy Chow con Pistachos

Pistachio Puppy Chow has always been one of my favorite snacks since I was a child. I found out about it at a school event and have enjoyed it ever since. I remembered the simple recipe from high school because I used to make it often. Lately, I started tasting different types of Puppy Chow.

List of parts.

1 box of Rice Chex cereal (12 ounces)

1 can of sweet condensed milk (14 oz)

1/2 cup of butter that has been melted

1 cup of white chocolate or cream cheese chips. (About 1 cup of white chocolate or cream cheese chips.)

1 package of instant pistachio pudding mix (3.4 ounces)

Half of a small spoon of vanilla

Half of a small spoon of salt

2 cups of powdered sugar

How to Make Pistachio Puppy Chow: Here’s an easy recipe for preparing Pistachio Puppy Chow.

Put cereal in a large bowl or a folded paper bag, and let it sit.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips. Warm the chips in the microwave for 30 seconds each time, stirring in between, until they are fully melted. Mix until there are no clumps.

Mix the pudding powder well, then add vanilla and salt.

Put the pudding on top of the cereal and stir until everything is coated. Next, sprinkle powdered sugar and mix once more.

Allow the snack to cool before placing it in a closed container. It’s better to eat it within the first day or two!
