They wanted to have a delicious Chicken pocket dinner made with crescent dough from the store filled with chicken and baked. It’s a good recipe, but not very convenient for camping.
Ingredients: List of items needed to prepare a dish.
3 cups of cooked chopped chicken, or chicken from a can
2 containers of chicken soup with cream
1 and a half cups of sour cream
1 cup of shredded cheese
2 tablespoons of ranch dressing seasoning
1/4 cup of bacon that has been cooked and cut into small pieces.
1 can of small refrigerator biscuits, 12 ounces.
1 more cup of grated cheese to sprinkle on top of the casserole.
How to Prepare a Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish measuring 9 x 13 inches with cooking spray. Put aside.
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and bacon together.Slice each biscuit into 4 parts. Mix with the chicken.
Pour the chicken mixture into the pan that has been prepared. Sprinkle the remaining cup of grated cheese on top.Cook in the oven for 25-35 minutes until bubbly and the biscuits turn golden brown.
If you prefer biscuits that are not too soft, like dumplings, you can put the chicken mixture at the bottom of the dish and then add the biscuits on top.
