Ingredients:
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Salsa
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
½ cup Sour Cream
12 Soft Tortillas
Fresh Cilantro, chopped (optional)
Lime Wedges, for serving
Directions:
Prepare Slow Cooker: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix and pour the salsa over the top.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Add Cheese & Sour Cream: Shred the chicken with two forks, then stir in the shredded cheeses and sour cream. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serve: Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into warm tortillas. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
